Each package price covers planning hours, coordination on the event day, and the specific services listed for that tier, such as vendor sourcing or decor direction. Venue rental, catering and other third-party costs are quoted separately based on your choices.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we ask for a deposit to confirm your event date and begin planning work. The remaining balance is scheduled in installments leading up to the event, with the final payment due before the event date.
Can I upgrade my package after booking?
Yes, you can move to a higher package at any point before the final planning stage begins. We'll adjust the pricing to reflect the difference and update your service scope accordingly.
What happens if I need to cancel or postpone?
Cancellation and postponement terms are outlined in our service agreement, including which payments are refundable and which cover work already completed. We recommend reviewing this with your coordinator before booking.
Are transportation and travel costs included for outdoor venues?
Coordinator travel within Luxor is included in all packages. For events at remote locations or outside the city, additional transportation costs may apply and will be discussed during your consultation.
